This policy explains what information vincebullock.com collects, why, and what choices you have. The short version: this site only collects what you choose to send me, it does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and I never sell your information.

Information you choose to share
Contact form
When you send a message from the Contact page, the form collects your name, email address, organization (optional), the topic you select, and your message. The submission is stored in this site’s database and emailed to me so I can reply.
“Talk to Vince” AI avatar
The chat avatar on this site is an AI assistant powered by D-ID, a third-party service. When you chat with it, your messages are processed by D-ID under its own privacy policy. If you share contact details during the conversation (such as your name, email, organization, phone number, or what you need help with), those details and the chat transcript are saved privately on this site and emailed to me so I can follow up. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, the hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs are used for security and keeping the site running.
- Browser storage. A few site features (the news ticker, the quote card, and the avatar widget) save small settings in your browser, such as whether you minimized the ticker. This stays on your device and isn’t used to identify or track you.
- Cookies. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets login cookies only for site administrators.
Third-party services and embedded content
Some features load content from other services, which may collect information under their own policies:
- D-ID powers the AI avatar chat.
- Amazon Web Services (S3) stores and delivers images and videos on this site.
- Synthesia hosts an embedded video on the Ventures page.
- Hampton University News supplies the headlines on the News page; clicking one takes you to their site.
- Cash App handles the optional Tip Jar link. Any payment happens on Cash App, not on this site.
How your information is used
I use the information you send only to read and respond to your message or request, and to keep the site secure. I don’t sell, rent, or trade your information, and I don’t use it for advertising.
How long it’s kept
Messages and chat leads are kept only as long as they’re useful for following up, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent me by reaching out through the Contact page. You can also clear this site’s stored settings at any time through your browser.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If the site’s features change, I’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
